Eliza Aliotta: I have been in the elementary education world for 17 years. Four years ago, I left the comforts of my own classroom and became an instructional coach of digital-age learning. These past years have pushed my thinking about excellent teaching and learning. It has been a fabulous journey and I can't wait to see how I continue to grow as an educator.
